摘要
建立家兔急性低氧模型,分别注射高中低3个剂量(6、4、2 mg/kg)β-胡萝卜素,测定各组心率,描记各组标准Ⅱ导联P波、PR间期、QRS波、Q-T间期、S-T段、T波持续时间及p波、S波、R波、T波电压、S-T段电压,分析其抗低氧作用。结果表明:急性低氧家兔组较正常对照组心率减慢差异显著;P波时间、QRS波时间和Q-T间期时间明显延长,差异极显著;T波电压降低,P波电压、S-T段电压明显升高,差异极显著;注射高、低剂量β-胡萝卜素对心率均具有回升作用,且能抑制S-T段电压升高,升高T波电压,缩短P波时间与Q-T间期时间,但与正常对照组相比较仍为差异不显著;中剂量组心率、S-T段电压、T波电压、P波时间、Q-T间期时间与正常对照组相比较则差异不显著。
To establish acute hypoxia model of rabbits,three dosages,high,medium and low dosage(6,4 and 2 mg/kg),were respectively injected into different groups of rabbit.The heart rate(HR) of rabbits in each group was determined,and the duration of P-wave,PR interval,QRS-wave,Q-T interval,S-T segment,T-wave and the voltages of P-wave,S-wave,R-wave,T-wave and S-T segment of standard lead Ⅱ of rabbits in each group were recorded.Then the effect of β-carotene against hypoxia was analyzed.The results showed that there was a significant difference in decreasing HR between hypoxia rabbit groups and control group;the duration of P-wave,QRS-wave and Q-T interval were obviously prolonged with a extremely significant difference;the voltage of T-wave was decreased,but the voltages of P-wave and S-T segment were obviously increased with a significant difference;injecting high and low dosage of β-carotene all can increase HR,inhibit the increase of S-T segment voltage,increase T-wave voltage,and shorten duration of P-wave and Q-T interval,but their differences were not significant compared with that in control group;the HR,voltages of S-T segment and T-wave,and duration of P-wave and Q-T interval in medium dosage group all had not significant differences compared with that in control group.
