摘要
将100只300日龄的罗曼蛋鸡随机分为5个处理组,每个处理在全价料的基础上分别添加0%、3%、6%、9%、12%桑叶粉,调查蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋品质的变化。结果表明,蛋鸡饲料中添加一定比例的桑叶粉,能极显著提高蛋黄颜色,显著降低蛋壳破损率,添加量越多,效果越明显;但添加桑叶粉后产蛋量和饲料效率降低,且添加量越多影响越大;生产中以添加量不超过饲料总量的9%为宜。
A hundred of 300-day-old roman layers are randomly divided into five groups.The five groups are adding 0%,3%,6%、9% and 12% of mulberry-leaf powder to diet respectively.The changes of laying performance of layers and egg quality were investigated.The results showed that adding a certain proportion of mulberry-leaf powder to diet of layers can significantly increase yolky color and reduce damage ratio of eggshell,the more amount added,the more significant effect got;but the egg production and feed efficiency reduced after adding mulberry-leaf powder,and the more amount added,the lager impact showed;therefore,the optimum adding amount of mulberry-leaf powder should not over 9% of total feed amount.
