摘要
将560只1日龄肉雏鸡随机分成7个处理,每处理8个重复,每重复10只鸡(雌雄各半);在基础日粮中分别添加100、200 mg/kg的海活素,以基础日粮为对照,研究海活素对肉仔鸡生长、免疫器官发育、体液免疫反应和肠道菌群的影响。结果表明:①海活素添加量对体重影响显著(p<0.05),且9日龄添加效果优于21日龄添加;②日粮中添加海活素显著影响胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊发育(p<0.05);③各海活素添加组均能提高新城疫苗抗体水平,且添加海活素显著或极显著影响抗体水平;④日粮中添加海活素能够降低21、35日龄肉鸡肠道大肠杆菌数量;200 mg/kg添加水平能提高肉鸡35日龄肠道乳酸杆菌菌群数量,效果好于抗生素组,差异显著(p<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加适量海活素能促进肉仔鸡的生长,增强免疫器官发育和体液免疫功能,并且能调整肠道菌群的数量。
The experiment aimed to systematically investigate the influence of marine active substance on growth,immune organ development,humoral immune response and intestinal flora of broilers.560 one-day-old broilers were allocated into seven treatments,in which there were eight replicates per treatment and 10 broilers per replicate(half female broiler and half male broiler);marine active substance was added to the basal diet with 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg,respectively,and the basal diet was used as control.The results showed as follows: ①The weight was significantly effected by the adding amount of marine active substance(P0.05),and the adding effect of marine active substance for 9-day-old broilers was better than that for 21-day-old broilers.②Adding marine active substance to the basal diet significantly influenced development of thymus,spleen and bursa of Fabricius of the broilers(P0.05).③Each marine active substance added group can enhance the antibody level of Newcastle disease,and adding marine active substance with significant amount or extremely significant amount will influence the antibody level.④Adding marine active substance to the basal diet can reduce the quantity of intestinal E.coli in 21-day-old or 35-day-old broilers;adding 200 mg/kg of marine active substance to the basal diet can increase quantity of intestinal lactobacillus flora in 35-day-old broilers,of which effect was better than that of antibiotics added group with a significant difference(P0.05).Therefore,adding proper amount of marine active substance to the basal diet can promote the growth of broilers and the development of immune organ,enhance function of humoral immunity,and adjust quantity of intestinal flora.
