利奈唑胺和万古霉素治疗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染疗效的Meta分析 被引量：11

摘要 自英国Jevons首次发现耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus，MRSA）以来，MRSA的感染率大大增加，已成为院内感染的重要病原菌之一。目前，糖肽类药物如万古霉素或替考拉宁仍是治疗MRSA感染患者的唯一选择。尽管大部分分离的致病菌对万古霉素敏感，但1997年日本报道了首例对万古霉素中介的金黄色葡萄球菌，
