摘要 以均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)和4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为原料,分别采用机械搅拌法与高速砂磨法制备了一系列不同氮化铝(AlN)掺杂量的氮化铝/聚酰亚胺复合薄膜(AlN/PI)。测试了复合薄膜的力学性能、热稳定性及电性能,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了薄膜的断面形貌,系统分析了无机含量以及两种制备方式对复合薄膜各项性能的影响。结果表明:与机械搅拌法制备的薄膜相比,砂磨法制备的薄膜中AlN的粒径更小,分散更均一,且在热分解温度、击穿强度以及拉伸强度上都有所提高。 Using 4,4'-oxydianiline(ODA) and pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA) as raw materials,a sequence of different doping content of(mass percent) AlN/PI composite films were prepared by mechanical stirring method and high speed sanding method.The mechanical properties,thermal stability and electrical breakdown performance of the films were tested,and the fracture surfaces of the films were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of inorganic content and two preparation methods on the properties of the combined films were studied systematically.The results show that compared with the film prepared by mechanical stirring method,the size of AlN particle in the film prepared by sanding method is smaller and the dispersion is more homogeneous.And the thermal decomposition temperature,electric breakdown and tensile strength of the films are also improved.
