再生聚烯烃/纳米氢氧化铝无卤阻燃环保绝缘材料研究 被引量:4

摘要 以再生聚烯烃、EVA28/6为基体树脂,纳米氢氧化铝为阻燃剂,同时加入润滑剂、抗氧剂、着色剂等助剂,在双螺杆挤出机上进行共混,制备出无卤阻燃环保绝缘材料,并对材料的性能进行测试。结果表明:材料完全满足国家标准对无卤阻燃绝缘材料性能的要求;且配方中不含对人体和环境有害的铅、镉、汞、六价铬等重金属及多溴联苯、多溴联苯醚类物质。 Using recycled polyolefin and EVA28/6 as matrix resin,nano-Al(OH)3 as flame retardant,and adding lubricant,antioxidant and colorant,a halogen-free flame retardant environmental friendly insulating material was prepared by mixing on twin-screw extruder.The properties of the material were tested.The results show that the properties of the material can completely meet the national standard requirement of halogen-free flame retardant insulating material.The formula does not contain heavy metals such as lead,cadmium,mercury,hexavalent chromium and PBBs,PBDEs,which are harmful to people and environment.
