摘要
针对Concept 80型宽带介电谱分析仪系统,设计了一种可用于该系统的高频段液体电介质测量的电极。首先对系统配套的各频段电极结构进行介绍,在其配套低频段液体测量电极结构基础上设计出一种新的可用于高频段液体测量的电极;接着对设计电极的准确性进行验证,主要通过测量多种极性液体电介质的结果与参考值进行对比;最后利用该套电极对细胞悬液进行测量,取得了较满意的结果,能为介电谱测量方法研究生物电介质材料提供参考。
Based on concept 80 broadband dielectric spectrometer systems,a kind of high-frequency measuring electrode for liquid dielectric was designed.The electrode structure of all frequency bands of the system were introduced first and based on the structure of matching low-frequency measuring electrode,a new kind of high-frequency measuring electrode for liquid dielectric was designed;then the accuracy of the designed electrode was tested,mainly through comparing the measuring results of different kinds of polar liquid dielectrics with its reference values;finally the cell suspension was measured by the designed electrode and the satisfactory result was achieved,which can give reference to the study of biological dielectric material via the dielectric spectroscopy method.
