创新型企业技术创新评价指标的确立

Establishment of Operational Indicators of Measuring Innovative Enterprises

与以往构建创新型企业技术创新评价指标体系不同,从生产函数开始分析,结合熊彼特关于技术创新的定义,提出了企业进行技术创新也是企业进行生产活动的观点,并在此基础上参考生产函数的表达形式,给出了创新型企业技术创新的函数表达式。在技术创新函数的基础上,逐步确立了创新型企业技术创新评价指标。最后,在对以往文献归纳总结的基础上,进一步完善了评价指标。

Contrast to previous indicators system of measuring technology innovation, the article is different. In this arti- cle, we begin with the production function, combine the definition of technology innovation of Schumpter, and then propose that enterprise innovation actually is one kind of production. Based on this view, referring to the expression of the produc- tion function, we give the expression of technology innovation function, and then gradually get the indicators of measuring technology innovation. Finally, we summarize the past literature about indicators to improve the easy handled indicators further.
