基于生态位理论的产业链延伸研究——以郫县豆瓣产业为例

Research on Industry Chain Stretching Based on Niche Theory——Taking "Pixian Bean Paste" as an Example

从生态学的角度看,产业链具有食物链特性和生态位特性。产业链上企业生态位重叠是产业内竞争激烈的主要原因。郫县豆瓣虽拥有三百多年的历史,但发展状况却与其悠久历史不相称,产业链短小、利润空间压缩、产品附加值低、无序竞争严重等问题正在使整个产业走向衰败。延伸郫县豆瓣产业链,拓展生态位重构产业边界、分离原有生态位重构企业边界是郫县豆瓣产业获得生机的必经之路。

From the angle of ecological, industry chain has the characteristics of food chain and niche. Enterprise niche overlapping on industry chain is the main factor that brings on competition. Although ＂Pixian Bean Paste＂ is about three hundred years old, its development is disproportional to its history. Its industry chain is very short with low profit. On the industry chain, products added value is very low and competition between enterprises is very fury. ＂Pixian Bean Paste＂ industry is tending towards downfall. Stretching ＂Pixian Bean Paste＂ industry chain, expanding its niche and re - con- structing the borderline, separating intrinsic niche and re - construtting enterprise niche are the only ways for the transformation if ＂Pixian Bean Paste＂ industry wants to gain a vital force.
