论党的群众工作——兼论党的群众工作传统和新世纪群众工作的特点

On the Party's Work of Masses—Also on The Tradition and Characteristics in the New Century

群众工作是党与群众之间相互联系的桥梁。中国共产党历来重视群众工作。以毛泽东为主要代表的中国共产党人在论述党的群众工作理论时,不仅阐述了群众工作的基本原理和基本要求,而且指出了在群众工作问题上必须注意和克服的种种错误观点和错误做法。中国共产党在全国范围执政后,特别是在改革开放的历史条件下,党群关系发生了深刻变化,党的群众工作也面临着许多新情况和新问题。群众工作要取得新成效,就要以转变作风为前提,以信任为纽带,以解决实际问题为基础,以制度为保障,把服务群众与教育群众结合起来。

The work of masses is a bridge gapping the party and masses.The Communist Party of China has been placing much emphasis on the work of masses.The Communist Party of China with Mao Zedong as the representative has not only discussed the basic principle and requirement of the work of masses,but also pointed out the wrong views and practices that should be corrected. Since the Communist Party of China came to power and especially reform and opening up,change changes have taken place in the relations between the party and masses and a lot of new problems arose.To make new achievement in the work of masses,we should take work style change as the precondition,trust the tie,solution of realistic problems the base and system the guarantee to combine serving the masses and educating the masses together.
