广西直缝隐翅虫属一新种(鞘翅目:隐翅虫科,胸片隐翅虫亚科)

A NEW SPECIES OF GENUS OTHIUS STEPHENS FROM GUANGXI PROVINCE CHINA (COLEOPTERA:STAPHYLINIDAE,XANTHOLININAE)

记述中国广西直缝隐翅虫属一新种,广西直缝隐翅虫Othinsguangxiensissp.nov.本种在外形上与日本种O.rufipennissharp相似,但体较小,仅第4可见腹板中部具小的细毛班,与之有别.

A new species of the genus Othius Stephens is described from Guangxi province,China under the name of O.guangxiensis This new species resembles O.rufipemis Sharp from Japan in shape, but has smaller body and the male only in the fourth visible sternite has a small patch of dense fine pubescence in the middle.
