摘要
饮食服务业环境纠纷是上海市中心城区突出的环境问题之一。分析了上海市饮食服务业的环境影响。在对2003年上海市政府颁布的《上海市饮食服务业环境污染防治管理办法》实施效用进行评估的基础上,阐述了对饮食服务业的环境管理经验,重点剖析存在的问题。提出了修订《管理办法》的对策建议。
The environmental dispute in the catering business is one of the outstanding environmental issues in downtown Shanghai.Based on an effectiveness appraisal of implementing Shanghai Provisions on Environmental Pollution Prevention in Catering Business issued by Shanghai Municipality in 2003,experiences in the environmental management were summed up whilst focusing on the analysis of existing issues.An amendment to the local provisions was proposed.
