摘要
讨论了微格教学内容及过程设计的4个基本环节:被训练者分析、选择技能表现方式和相关学科内容,编写教案,进行角色扮演和反馈评价,以及微格教学内容和过程设计的关键在于根据被训练者的实际情况和学科特点确定训练目标、内容和相应的反馈评价体系问题.
The authors discussed the contents of micro teaching and the four basic links of processing planning:analysis of the traniees,the way to select skills and the related content,preparation of lesson plan,role play and evaluation of feedbacks.Also discussed by the authors are the content of micro teaching and the key point of processing planning:the training aim,content and corresponding evaluation system should be determined by the actual conditions and the characteristics of the subject.
