东北红豆杉内生真菌分离方法的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文论述了东北红豆杉的形态学和生态学特性与内生真菌的概念,探讨了东北红豆杉内生真菌的分离方法。结果表明,分离内生真菌时采用0.1%的升汞液和80%的酒精液作为表面消毒剂、采用PDA和S-7作为分离用培养基较为适宜。 This paper dealed with morphologic and biological characteristics of Taxus cuspidata and the conception of endophytic fungus, and studied the method isolating the endophytic fungi of Taxus cuspidata. The experiment results showed that it was appropriate to adopt 0. 1% HgCl2 solution and 80% alcohol solution as surface disinfectant and PDA、S-7 as isolating media.
