摘要 为了提高自行武器火控动态性能指标的测试精度,提出了在动基座上测试火控动态性能参数的方法。采用CCD数字成像和人眼观察并存的方式,对光学系统进行了设计,研制出火控动态性能测试系统。实现了稳定器稳定精度等7项重要指标的高精度测量。为了使测试设备的光轴保持一致性,研制了多光轴一致性检测装置,保证了整个系统的测量精度。实际使用表明:视场清晰,精度达到了0.1 mil,且使用方便,适应性强。 In order to improve the test accuracy of the self-propelled weapons' dynamic performance index,a method is proposed to test fire control dynamic performance parameters on the Moving Base.Using coexistence of CCD digital imaging and the human eye observation,the optical system is designed.In addition,the testing system about fire control dynamic performance is developed.The high accuracy measurement of seven-key indicators is realized,such as stability accuracy.In order to guarantee the axis consistency of the test equipment,the multi-axis consistency detecting device is developed.The measuring precision of the system is ensured.The application shows that,the accuracy reaches 0.1 mil,and it is easy to use,and has strong adaptability.
