固氮菌和根瘤菌在城市污泥中驯化研究

On Acclimating Nitrogen Fixing Bacteria and Legume Bacteria in Sewage Sludge

固氮菌和根瘤菌是微生物肥料的主要有效菌．研究成功地对固氮菌和根瘤菌进行了驯化．试验表明：固氮菌可以在城市污泥中生长；根瘤菌在８０％ 城市污泥中生长较好，在１００％ 城市污泥中可以生长，但受到一定的抑制．驯化菌和原菌在土壤中的适应性无明显差异．驯化菌在各种污泥中无明显差异．

Nitrogen fixing bacteria and Legume bacteria are of active bacteria in bio fertilizer.In this research,Nitrogen fixing bacteria and Legume bacteria have been successfully acclimated.The results show that Nitrogen fixing bacteria can grow up in 100% sludge; Legume bacteria can grow up in 80% sludge,they can grow up in 100% sludge but their growing is checked to certain extent.Another adapting test in soil shows that there isn't difference between domesticated bacteria and pure bacteria.And the acclimated bacteria are the same in different sludge.
