摘要
脱分装置是收获机的核心部件,板齿结构则是其中的重要组成部分,主要从流体方面对板齿的作用进行研究。以谷物水稻为研究对象,当谷物均匀喂入组合式轴流脱分装置,脱分空间的谷物可近似看做流体。对谷物流进行建模,利用fluent软件对组合式轴流装置中板齿处谷物流的运动进行仿真分析,并用高速摄像技术对仿真结果进行试验验证。结论表明仿真可行,板齿对谷物的脱粒与分离起着重要作用,这些研究为该装置结构的设计和改进奠定了基础。
Threshing and separating device is the core components of harvest machine while the blank-tooth is one of the important components.By taking grain and rice as study object,the function from fluid aspects is mainly studied in this article.When the grain is fed to the assembled axial-flow device,the grain in the threshing and separating space may be regarded as fluid approximately.Then modeling for grain fluid is built and simulation analysis on grain fluid motion at plank-tooth of assembled axial-flow device is carried out with fluent software,which result shall be verified through high-speed photography techniques.The research indicates that simulation is feasible and plank-tooth is important for threshing and separating which lays a solid foundation for the designing and improving of the device.
