摘要
针对汽车座椅前座纵向调节性能的检测要求,研究设计对国内大众、通用等汽车公司各类车型配套座椅具有广泛通用性的柔性化自动检测设备。基于机械设计、传感与检测技术的基本理论和方法,综合分析座椅性能指标,对检测设备的主体构成、工作原理、体现设备通用性的叠加式交叉导轨、可倾式工作台等关键设计进行了较详细的阐述和分析。该设备已成功应用于企业生产实际,提升了企业对产品性能的检测能力和水平,在提高生产效率,降低生产成本等方面取得明显成效。
It studied and developed a set of flexible automatic inspection equipment which is versatile for various kinds of car seats to be mated with vehicles such as volkswagen and general motor in china in accordance with the inspection requirement of longitudinal adjustment performance of front car seat.Based on the theory and methods of mechanical design,sensor and measurement technology,comprehensive analysis has been made for car seat performances by introducing and analyzing such main points in designing the equipment in detail such as equipment composition,working principle,overlapping cross guide rail which reflect the universality,tilt working table and etc.The equipment has already been applied in real production with remarkable results achieved in improving testing ability,enhancing productivity of the manufacturing and reducing production costs.
