热网加热器换热管腐蚀原因分析 被引量:4

摘要 热网加热器是供热汽轮发电机组的特有设备,其运行的效果将直接影响冬季供热效果,而换热管是热网加热器设备的核心,换热管的选择正确与否将是影响热网加热器正常运行和使用寿命的关键因素。根据国内某供热汽轮发电机组热网加热器换热管泄漏事故,通过组织形貌、断口分析、腐蚀性能测试等手段分析其泄露的具体原因,建议热网加热器停运期间应该进行充氮保护,不应该采取灌水保护,分析过程和结论可以供以后换热设备设计及换热管选择时参考。 Heater for heating network is the endemic equipment of heat addition steam turboset,the effectiveness of opetate will be directly effect the heat addition for winter,however Heat exchange tubes are the core of.Heater for heating network.Heat exchange tubes are chosen correctly or not is the key factor influencing the normal operation and service life of the Heater for heating network.It according to a leakage accident of heat-supply unit heating network heater's heat exchange tubes,By system patterm、ftacture analysis、corrosive nature testing etc facility to analysis of the specific reasons for the leakage,Suggest when the Heater for heating network operate should be nitrogen-filled,should not be adopt irrigation lockout,it's process of analysis and conclusions can to offer a reference for designing heating equipment and choosing heat exchange tubes.
