摘要
通过对超声自动扫描过程中超声波采样与连续自动扫查的同步控制技术进行深入研究,提出采用运动控制器的硬件时钟作为同步触发时钟,超声数据采集卡接收运动控制器PLC程序发送的硬件同步信号,并结合多线程技术,运动控制器和超声数据采集卡分别执行工件被检测点的几何位置坐标采集和全波列超声数字信号采样的混和同步方案。实验结果表明,该方案能实现基于WIN-DOWS操作系统的异构自动扫描系统多处理器之间的精确同步,在自动测量领域具有广泛的适用性。
Through ultrasonic sampling in automatic scan process and in-depth study in sync control technology of continuous automatic scan,a scheme is presented in it,in which untrosonic DAQ card may receive the sync signal transmitted by the motion controller through PLC program using the hardware clock of the motion controller as the synchronous trigger clock.With multithread technology the scheme for mingling and synchronizing geometric position coordinate gathering for control points of workpiece and ultrasonic digital signal sampling of full wave train are executed respectively by the motion controller and the ultrasonic DAQ card The result of experimentation indicates that the scheme can realize accurate synchronization among the heterogeneous multi-processors of the auto scan system based on the windows operation system with extensive applicability in the automatic measurement fields.
