摘要
尿素塔是一种典型的耐高温高压强腐蚀的反应器,其腐蚀造成了泄漏或者爆炸事故高发,对尿素塔爆炸压力的确定是其中一项重要的研究内容。用Fluent流体计算软件对内径1400mm尿素塔爆炸压力进行分析,利用迭代方式确定尿素塔爆炸瞬间的压力值。在尿素塔爆炸瞬间,内部压力并不会产生变化,但是断裂口形成的蒸汽云团集聚瞬时提高了周围压力,并且流体冲击压力较大,两项叠加形成了尿素塔爆炸时的压力峰值。研究对其它爆炸压力分析具有一定的参考价值。
Urea column is a typical reactor that can resist to high pressure,high temperature and strong corrosion which leak or explosion caused by corrosion occurs frequently.Therefore to determine explosion pressure of urea column is an important research.Here the explosion pressure of a urea column DN1400 is analyzed using fluent flow calculation software and the urea column explosion instantaneous pressure value is determined by applying an iterative approach.The internal pressure does not change at the moment of the urea column explosion taking place,but some vapor cloud gathered at crack mouth increases surrounding pressure instantaneously and fluid shock pressure is larger.With two superimpose explosion peak pressure of the urea column may form.The study here may provide some reference for analysis of other explosion pressure.
