双炔酰菌胺在葡萄及土壤中的残留动态 被引量:1

The Residue Dynamics of Mandipropamid in Grapes and Soil

摘要 [目的]为评价双炔酰菌胺在葡萄上的残留动态并制定合理使用方法,在天津、南京同时进行残留动态试验。[结果]双炔酰菌胺在葡萄中半衰期为5.2~7.8 d,土壤中半衰期为7.6~10.3 d;试验条件下,双炔酰菌胺最后1次施药后间隔3、5、7、10 d,葡萄中残留量为未检出~0.066 mg/kg。[结论]25%双炔酰菌胺悬浮剂在葡萄上合理使用方法:以有效成分质量浓度125~167 mg/L喷雾3次,安全间隔期3 d;双炔酰菌胺在葡萄中最高残留限量推荐值为2 mg/kg。 The research aimed to assess residue dynamics of mandipropamid in grapes and establish guideline for safety application.Field trail for mandipropamid residue in grapes were conducted in Tianjin and Nanjing.[Results] The results showed that the half-life of degradation for mandipropamid was 5.2-7.8 d in grapes,7.6-10.3 d in soil.The final residues quantity in grapes samples were undetected-0.066 mg/kg with interval 3,5,7,10 days after last sprayed.[Conclusions] The rational usage of mandipropamid is that it may be sprayed 3 times at 125-167 mg/L of mandipropamid,with the safe interval 3 days.The maximum residue limit is recommended 2 mg/kg.
