The Influence of Different Ownership on Economic Growth

以宏观经济周期波动理论为基本出发点,首先从理论上探析了在经济周期波动的不同阶段国有经济对经济增长的作用机制,并采用1998年至2009年我国经济增长和不同所有制形式经济发展的相关季度数据,选择基于状态空间的可变参数模型,比较研究了宏观经济波动下不同所有制形式对经济增长的动态作用机理,旨在揭示国有经济在稳定经济增长方面的功能与作用。实证研究结果表明,我国的国有经济对经济健康平稳发展发挥了保驾护航的作用,且混合所有制应该是我国国有企业改革的一个发展方向,同时应进一步加快集体企业的改革,而对于"三资"企业则既应制定严格的监管制度也要积极完善国内市场的投资环境。

This paper studies the influence mechanism of state-owned economy on economic growth under the periods of economic cycle and fluctuation based on macroeconomic cycle and fluctuation theory firstly,and then makes use of related seasonal data of Chinese economic growth and different ownership development from 1998 to 2009,choosing the time varying parameter model based on state space model.It researches the dynamic influence mechanism of different ownerships on the economic growth under macroeconomic fluctuation comparatively,with the aim being to reveal features of state-owned economy in stabling economic growth.The empirical result shows that the state-owned economy in China is the stabilizer of economic growth,the mixed ownership should be a direction of Chinese state-owned enterprises reformation,moreover,China should speed up the reform of collective enterprises,and for the foreign investment enterprises,should both formulate strict regulatory regime and improve the investment environment of domestic market.
