我院6种方案治疗妊娠期贫血的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of 6 Kinds of Therapy Schemes for Gestation Anemia in Our Hospital

目的:探讨不同药物治疗方案对妊娠期贫血所产生的经济效果。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,将301例妊娠期贫血的患者分为6个治疗小组,即FA1组(益源生+生血宁)、FA2组(益源生+益气维血颗粒)、FA3组(益源生+血宝胶囊)、FA4组(乳酸亚铁胶囊+生血宁)、FA5组(乳酸亚铁胶囊+益气维血颗粒)、FA6组(乳酸亚铁胶囊+血宝胶囊),运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果:FA1、FA2、FA3、FA4、FA5、FA6组的总有效率分别为63.27%、89.58%、88.24%、64.00%、88.46%、80.39%,成本分别为208.6、189.6、244.0、181.8、162.8、217.2元。排除成本较高、疗效较低的FA1和FA4组,FA2、FA3、FA5、FA6组的成本-效果比分别为211.65、276.52、184.04、270.18;相对于FA5组,FA2、FA3、FA6组的增量成本-效果比分别为2392.86、-36909.09、-674.10。结论:FA5方案在所评价的治疗妊娠期贫血的6种方案中经济性最佳;如果孕期食欲不佳,不良反应较大,则FA2方案为较佳选择。

OBJECTIVE：To discuss the economic effect of different therapeutic schemes in the treatment of gestation anemia. METHODS： By retrospective analysis, 301 patients with gestation anemia were divided into six groups receiving different medication： FA1 group（Yiyuansheng and Shengxuening）, FA2 group （Yiyuansheng and Yiqi weixue granules）, FA3 group （Yiyuansheng and Xuebao capsules）, FA4 group （Ferrous lactate capsules and Shengxuening）, FA5 group （Ferrous lactate capsules and Yiqi weixue granules）, FA6 group （Ferrous lactate capsules and Xuebao capsules）. The data was evaluated with cost-effectiveness analysis. RESULTS：The total effective rate of FA1 group, FA2 group, FA3 group, FA4 group, FA5 group, FA6 group were 63.27%,89.58%,88.24%,64.00%,88.46% and 80.39%, respectively. The costs of six groups were 208.6 yuan, 189.6 yuan, 244.0 yuan, 181.8 yuan, 162.8 yuan, 217.2 yuan. Except high cost and low curative effect of FA1 group and FA4 group, the cost-effectiveness ratio of FA2 group, FA3 group, FA5 group and FA6 group were 211.65, 276.52, 184.04, 270.18, respectively. Compared with FA5 group, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of FA2 group, FA3 group, FA6 group were 2 392.86,-36 909.09, -674.10, respectively. CONCLUSION： The therapeutic scheme of FA5 group is considered to be with the best economical efficiency among six therapeutic schemes. The therapeutic scheme of FA2 group is the best choice for pregnant woman with poor appetite and obvious adverse drug reaction.
