1例传染性单核细胞增多症合并扁桃体细菌及真菌混合感染患者的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care for an Inpatient with Infectious Mononucleosis Complicating with Infected Tonsils by Bacteria and Fungi

目的:为传染性单核细胞增多症合并扁桃体细菌及真菌感染病例的治疗提供参考。方法:通过对1例传染性单核细胞增多症合并扁桃体细菌及真菌混合感染患者的药学监护,从药师角度分析、探讨上述病例的治疗、用药过程。结果:通过医师和药师的相互配合,查找病原体、评估治疗方案、正确选药,成功治愈了疾病。结论:对于感染性疾病的治疗,应重视查找致病原、实验室检验结果、抗菌药物合理应用,才能达到满意疗效。

OBJECTIVE：To share the experience of treatment for an inpatient with infectious mononucleosis complicating with infected tonsils by bacteria and fungus. METHODS： The treatment course and medication duration were analyzed and discussed by the perspective of pharmacists through providing pharmaceutical care for an inpatient with infectious mononucleosis complicating with infected tonsils by bacteria and fungus. RESULTS： Physicians co-operated with pharmacists to find pathogens, evaluate the treatment regimens, select the correct medicine and cure disease successfully. CONCLUSION： For treatment of infectious diseases, great importance should be attached to find the cause, laboratory results, the reasonable application of antimicrobial agents for achieving the desired effect.
