摘要
采用溶胶- 凝胶法合成出了Al2O3-SiO2∶Ln3+ (Ln= Eu,Tb)发光陶瓷粉末.利用XRD、TG-DTA和IR等实验技术,研究了发光陶瓷的形成过程,并对其发光行为进行了研究.
The Al 2O 3 SiO 2∶Ln 3+ (Ln=Eu,Tb)luminescent ceramic materials were synthesized by sol gel method.The formation process of phosphors were characterized by TG DTA、IR and XRD techniques,and the optimal synthesis conditions were gotten.The luminescent properties of Al 2O 3 SiO 2∶Ln 3+ (Ln=Eu,Tb)were investigated by fluorescent emission and excitation spectra.
