摘要
采用吡啶吸附FT-IR、NH3-TPD、低温N2吸附等表征了所合成的MCM-22分子筛的酸性和孔结构,并考察了吸附时间、吸附剂用量、染料初始浓度、溶液pH及重复利用次数等对甲基橙(MO)和亚甲基蓝(MB)吸附性能的影响.结果表明:MCM-22分子筛对甲基橙和亚甲基蓝均有较好的吸附效果.对浓度为1×10-4mol.L-1的甲基橙溶液,吸附率可达95%以上;对浓度为4×10-4mol.L-1的亚甲基蓝溶液,吸附率可达98%以上.MCM-22分子筛对染料良好的吸附效果是其酸性与孔结构协同作用的结果.
FT- IR, NH3-TPD, and N2 adsorption were used to study the acidity and pore structure of synthesized MCM-22 zeolite, and the influence of contact time, adsorbent dosage, initial concentration of the adsorbate, pH, and re-use times on the adsorption properties of methyl orange (MO) and methylene blue (MB) on MCM-22 ze- olite were compared. The results showed that both MO and MB were adsorbed on MCM-22 quite well; the opti- mal adsorption of MO was 95% when the initial concentration was 1×10 -4 mol · L-1 ; the optimal adsorption of MB reached to 98% when the initial concentration was 4×10-4 mol·L-1 ; the good adsorption of dye on MCM- 22 was due to the synergism of acidity and pore structure.
