皇冠草(Echinodorus amazonicus)细胞色素P450相似基因的研究

摘要 为了研究皇冠草基因组内的细胞色素P450基因或与P450基因相似的序列,根据哺乳动物细胞色素P450基因设计8条引物,以皇冠草总DNA为模板,进行PCR扩增。结果表明:共获得了26条扩增片段,片段长度300~1500bp;将其中3条片段进行测序,BLAST分析表明这些序列与已发表的16种植物的细胞色素P450基因具有一定的相似性。这表明在皇冠草基因组内存在P450基因或者有与P450基因相似的序列。 In order to study Cytochrome P450 gene of Echinodorus amazonicus,PCR amplification was conducted using 8 primers which were designed according to the gene of mammalian cytochrome P450 genes.26 amplified fragments were obtained and the length varied from 300 to 1500 bp.3 fragments of them were sequenced.BLAST search analysis revealed that these amplified fragments possessed homologies to other cytochrome P450 genes and proteins in different 16 kinds of plant varieties.
