摘要 细胞凋亡是生物界普遍存在的由基因调控的细胞死亡过程,也是一个需要能量的基本生理过程。因此,凋亡是由细胞核主导,线粒体辅助的众多基因和蛋白质,各种诱导因子参与的一个复杂过程。文章论述了哺乳动物发育期间细胞凋亡的分子机理研究进展。 Apoptosis is a cell death process existing in animals and plants, which is a gene regulated essential physiological process requiring energy. Apoptosis is a complex process implicated with genes, proteins, various induced factors that is dominated by nucleus and participated with mitochondria. This mini-reviews discuss the progress in molecular mechanisms of apoptosis in mammalian cells.
