摘要
采用镍铬电炉丝做焊芯,外涂硼、硅、钼、钨合金药皮研制了镍铬硼硅耐磨堆焊电焊条,焊条硬度高,耐磨性好。
Taking the NiCr furnace wire as the welding core,outerplating the alloy covering of boron,silicon,molybdenum,wolfram,the author develops the NiCrBSi wearresistant overlay welding electrode which has high hardness and good antifriction,replacing the spray welding by the welding electrode overlay would have a series of advantages.
