摘要
为减小Buck电路主开关管的开通和关断损耗,优化电路结构,提高工作效率,对一种改进型的Buck变换器及其软开关形式进行了研究。重点研究了该变换器及其软开关的参数设计和优化,对输入电压变动范围较大条件下的参数选取进行了分析讨论。通过分析对比得出软开关只能在某一范围内实现,并进行了仿真和实验;系统测算了在大范围电压变动条件下,加入软开关后的系统效率和相关的电流、电压参数。
An improved Buck converter and its soft switching circuit are studied to optimize its topology,lower its switching loss and enhance its working efficiency.Its parameter design and optimization are emphasized,especially when its input voltage varies in wide range.Comparative analysis indicates the soft switching can be realized only in a limited range,for which simulation and experiments are conducted.With soft-switching,the system efficiency and the relevant voltage and current are measured or calculated under the condition of wide input-voltage variation.
