摘要
可缩放矢量图形(SVG)作为IEC61970标准推荐采用的公共图形交换的文件格式。提出要实现不同开发商开发的图形文件信息的相互识别和交换,以及实现电力系统图形的互操作的关键是要建立基于SVG格式所组成的电力系统图形文件各元素的语义表达格式标准和电力系统图形文件的组成结构标准,并按照IEC61970描述电力系统资源的标准,形成电力系统图形文件格式标准。各厂商开发的图形系统按照标准文件格式导出生成用于交互的SVG格式的图形文件,通过解析标准格式的图形文件并结合各图形系统的专用定义又可导入生成各图形系统内部各自格式的图形文件,从而实现电力系统图形的互操作。
SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) is recommended by IEC61970 as the standard file format of public graphics exchange.To realize the mutual information recognition and exchange between the graphics files developed by different developers and the interoperability of power system graphics,it is proposed to establish the standard format of power system graphics files according to the IEC61970 standard of power system resources description,which means to establish the semantic expressive format standard of SVG-based power system graphics file elements and the compositive structure standard of power system graphics files.To realize the interoperability of power system graphics,the SVG-based graphics file for interoperation is created and exported from the graphics system developed by another manufacturer according to the standard format of power system graphics files while the graphics file internally used by graphics system is generated by parsing the format of imported graphics file according to the definitions of graphics system.
