摘要
基于IEC61850标准,对智能变电站内的信息进行了分类,分析了其通信网络中的数据信息流;将变电站内各类应用系统按功能有效地整合为测控保护单元、监控五防单元、集中故障录波单元和电能量计量单元,并在此基础上提出了智能变电站的信息集成方案。该方案通过对变电站内所有对象进行统一建模、在站控层构建信息一体化平台,完成信息汇总、处理、上传以及展示等功能,实现了变电站内部各层之间以及变电站与上级控制中心之间的实时高效通信。信息一体化平台不仅能保证变电站内信息数据真实性、完整性和一致性,还可最大限度地实现变电站中各应用系统间信息的共享和设备的互操作。
The information of IEC61850-based intelligent substation is classified and its data flow of communication network is analyzed.The application systems in substation are integrated into the measuring,control and protection unit,the monitoring and five-prevention unit,the centralized fault recording unit and the electric energy metering unit,based on which an intelligent substation information integration scheme is proposed.The unified modeling is carried out for all objects and the information integration platform is built in the station control layer for information collection,processing,upload and display,based on which the real-time efficient communication between layers inside the substation and between substation and control center is realized.The information integration platform ensures the authenticity,integrity and consistency of information and data within the substation and realizes the information sharing and device interoperation among application systems.
