摘要
在对位错塞积进行修正连续介质分析的基础上,考虑了位错塞积造成的应力集中,详细讨论了空洞系统Gibbs 自由能的变化,得出了高温合金蠕变空洞新临界形核半径.结果表明:它比Raj 模型应用范围更广.
Based on the modified continuum analysis of dislocations pileup,has been the change of the Gibbs free energy consider particularly in the system taking into account the stress concentration. Then we derive the new critical radius for cavity nucleation during elevated temperature creep deformation of alloys, which has a wider application than the one proposed by Raj et al. before.
