摘要
车辆联轴间距的不同会对路面造成影响,采用ANSYS软件建立半刚性基层沥青路面的三维有限元分析模型,采用Adam s软件建立某品牌重型货车的车辆动力学模型,分析非均布动载荷下双联轴货车联轴间距不同时路面的动态响应特性。结果表明,该车型在联轴间距为1 440 mm时,路表动态弯沉、沥青面层层底应力、基层层底应力以及沥青面层层底正应变较小。可见,存在一个对于路面的"最优间距"使得车辆对路面的破坏最小,故在重型货车设计时可以兼顾联轴间距对道路的损伤。
Different coupling intervals can affect characteristic of asphalt pavement.A 3D FEA model of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement was established with ANSYS software,and a dynamic model of a brand of truck was established with Adams software to analyze the dynamic response of asphalt pavement under non-uniform dynamic load and different coupling intervals of double-axle truck.The results show that the road surface deflection,the bottom stress of asphalt surface layer,the bottom stress of base layer and the bottom normal strain of the asphalt surface layer are smaller when the coupling interval of the truck model is 1 440 mm.So there is an "optimal distance" makes the minimum damage of the asphalt pavement,thus the effect of coupling interval on the damage of road could be considered in the design of heavy lorry.
