摘要 为了快速准确采集传输作物病虫害综合信息并及时获得诊断结果与防治措施,设计并实现了以移动GIS手段的采集诊断系统。提出了基于时间匹配的空间多媒体图像信息融合方法,描述了SQLite嵌入式数据库在移动端对作物病虫害综合信息采集、存储和管理,应用GPRS无线通讯实现了移动端与服务器端间的信息传输和服务器端对用户监听、实时诊断反馈。该系统为指导提高作物病害防治的管理效率提供了有效途径。 To quickly and accurately collecting and transmitting crop diseases and pests information, and timely abtaining the diagnosis and preventive measures, a collecting and diagnostic system based on mobile GIS is designed and implemented. A fusion method for space multimedia images information based on matched time is presented. The application of SQLite embedded database on crop diseases and pests information collection, storage and management on the mobile client, is described. For the implementation of information transmission between mobile client and server-side, real-time diagnoses feedback on server-side, GPRS wireless communication technology is applied. Experiment showed that is effective way for guiding people to improve the crop diseases and pests prevention and management efficiency.
