摘要
针对大屏幕系统中投影氙灯更换成本高、工作流程复杂的问题,通过分析大屏幕投影仪的工作原理和投影氙灯更换的需求,利用灰色理论预测模型GM(1,1)和聚类算法,设计了氙灯更换预估模型,该模型可以通过预估氙灯的寿命极点,确定更换时间,合理地筛选出需更换的氙灯组,保证了大屏幕投影系统更有效的工作,从而充分地利用氙灯资源,降低系统维护成本。最后对某指挥中心大屏幕投影系统中氙灯记录的样本数据进行了验证,结果表明了该模型的可行性。
Aimed at the problem of high expense and complex working process of xenon-lights renewing in large-screen system, by going deep into the working way of xenon-light in large-screen system, and analyzing the demands of xenon-light renewing, based on the forecasting model in grey theory GM (1,1) and clustering algorithm, a new renewing model for xenon-light is designed. Working records of xenon-light in one directing center are tested by the model as the sample data. By building this model, the following targets is achieved. Extremum of xenon-light life can be predicted, so the renewing time is arranged. Appropriate members of xenon-lights is chosen, so the large-screen system can work in regular, and source of xenon-light is used effectively, cost of system maintenance is reduced.
