摘要
研究带雪崩项的半导体漂移- 扩散模型方程弱解的惟一性问题.通过利用方程的结构条件和解的性质,经过细致的估计,最后利用Gronw all不等式。
The uniqueness problem of the weak solutions of the time dependent drift diffusion model for semiconductor equation with avalanche term is considered. By using the construction condition of the equations and the qualitative of the solutions, through establishing the priori estimates for the solutions and using the inequality of Gronwall, the proof of uniqueness of the weak solutions is given out.
