摘要
为解决4,6-二硝基邻仲丁基苯酚生产过程中的废水污染问题,通过精馏方法使DNBP废水中的有机物由于沸点的差异而分离出来,并对釜残液中H2SO4和DNBP进行回收利用.得出精馏最佳实验条件为:常压精馏釜顶温度104℃,出水调pH=7,二次常压精馏回流比R=1,加碱量2.6 g/L.精馏出水COD值低于60 mg/L,达到了天津市《污水综合排放标准》DB 12/356-2008二级排放标准.
In order to solve the wastewater pollution in 2-sec-butyl-4,6-dinitrophenol production process,distillation was used to isolate the organic matter in wastewater for the different boiling point and recycle the sulfuric acid(H2SO4) and DNBP from reactor raffinate.The best distillation experimental conditions are obtained: overhead temperature in normal pressure distillation being 104 ℃,the effluent being adjusted to pH=7,reflux ratio in second normal pressure distillation is controlled as 1,alkali content being 2.6 g/L.The COD of effluent is below 60 mg/L,which reaches the secondary discharge standards of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(DB 12/356-2008) of Tianjin.
