The research of output signal photoelectric conversion methods in photonic crystal fiber pressure sensor

摘要 光电探测器件是光电信息转换系统中连接光学和电子系统的接口器件。分析了光子晶体光纤压力传感器的基本传感原理,设计了光子晶体光纤压力传感器系统和解码系统,根据光子晶体光纤压力传感器输出电信号特征可选择InGaAs/InP-APD为光电探测器。 Photoelectric detector is the interface devices between the optical and electronic systems in the photoelectric information conversion system.The basic sensitive principle is analysed in photonic crystal fiber pressure sensors,the photonic crystal fiber pressure sensor systems and detection system are designed,the InGaAs / InP-APD are the photodetectors in accordance with the performance of the sensor output signals.
