基于有限元分析的摩托车车体载荷谱编制

Compilation of load spectrum of motorcycle frame based on finite element analysis

摘要 在采用电测方法进行载荷实际测试时,由于结构复杂致使贴片位置受到限制,难以准确测取危险点应力状态,提出了基于应力转换(即将摩托车车体上易测点的应力转换为最危险点处的应力)的编谱方法。获得转换后的应力-时间历程后,经雨流计数和不同工况下数据的综合分析,编制了车体最危险点处的疲劳载荷谱,为车体疲劳寿命评估和改善车体质量等提供了重要的载荷依据。 The operation of actual position of complexity and operability of patching should be taken into account. Thus, it proposes to converting stress which is a method of converting the stress of easy-measuring point into the dangerous point in the paper. Got the converted stress-time course by rain flow counting, load spectrum of Motorcycle Frame' s most dangerous point was compiled after different operation conditions and comprehensive analysis. It provides the important payload basis for bodywork fatigue life evaluating and improving quality of car-body.
