真菌Penicillium C3a培养条件的优化

摘要 在碳源、氮源、表面活性剂、最适温度和最适pH等方面对其培养条件进行优化,用DNS法测定在不同培养条件下纤维素酶的活性。真菌Penicillium C3a的最适产酶培养条件为:1.5 g/L的葡糖糖为碳源,1.5 g/L的尿素为氮源,添加0.5 ml/L的表面活性剂吐温-20,pH5.0,培养温度为35℃。 The DNS method was carried out to test the activity of cellulose in different culture conditions, such factors including carbon, nitrogen, surface-active agent, the optimum temperature and pH. The optimal condition of fungi Penicillium C3α growing was as follows: withl.5 g/L of glucose as the carbon source, 1.5 g/L of urea as nitrogen source, add 0.5 mL/L of Tween-20, pH value of 5 and the temperature of 35℃.
