睡眠脑电图在儿童癫中的诊断价值及疗效评估

VALUE OF SLEEP EEG IN DIAGNOSIS AND JUDGMENT OF CURATIVE EFFECT OF CHILDREN'S EPILEPSY

目的:了解儿童癫(EP)与睡眠的关系。方法:对105例可疑或临床诊断的儿童EP的睡眠脑电图(EEG)进行分析及临床随访。结果:正常27例,异常78例,异常率74.3%(广泛性异常11例,局限性异常67例)。讨论:睡眠EEG可提高儿童EP的阳性率,对其诊断、分型、临床随访具有重要价值。

Objective：To study the relationship between sleep EEG and children＇s epilepsy.Methods：The sleep EEGs and clinical deta were analyzed restrospectively in 105 children with epilepsy diagnosed clinically or suspicious epilepsy.Results：EEG are normal in 27 childrens and abnormal in 78 cases,abnormal rate was 77.5%.In which,11 cases showed widespread abnormality and 67 cases showd local abnormality.Conclusion：Sleep EEG can improve the abnormal rate and was of important value in the children＇s epilepsy.
