丙烯酸系列复鞣剂PAAS的研究(III)—PAAS复鞣剂的初步应用

STUDY ON THE RETANNING AGENT OF POLYACRYLIC ACID SERIES (PAAS)-----PART 3 : THE APPLICATION OF PAAS RETANNING AGENTS IN LEATHER

本文初步研究了丙烯酸系列复鞣剂PAAS—Ⅰ、PAAS—Ⅱ、PAAS—Ⅲ及PAAS—Ⅳ在皮革鞣制中的应用,对PAAS复鞣剂与皮胶原的作用机理进行了简单讨论。结果表明,PAAS系列复鞣剂可用于皮革的预鞣和复鞣,节约铬鞣剂,减轻铬污染,提高成革档次及质量;PAAS复鞣剂对皮胶原的作用具有多功能效应。

In this paper, we have studied the application of the retanning agents of polyacrylic acid series PAAS—1, PAAS—2, PAAS—3, PAAS—4 in leather tanning and we also have preliminarily discussed the combining mechanism of PAAS retanning agents with hide collagen.The results show that PAAS retanning agents may be used in pretanning and retanning. In this way, the chrometan can be economized, the chrome pollution can be decreased and the leathers retanned with PAAS are of high—quality.
