The Effects of Five Fungicides on the Hypha Growth of noderma lucidum

研究了五种杀菌剂对灵芝菌丝生长的影响。结果表明，不同种类杀菌剂和同一杀菌剂不同处理浓度对菌丝生长的影响程度存在着显著差异。其中多菌灵和朴海因对灵芝菌丝生长的影响最大，菌丝不能萌发或生长稀疏、细弱、呈水泽状；可杀得影响最小，平均抑制率仅为９．７８％ ；大生Ｍ－４５在０．５００ ｇ／Ｌ～０．６６７ ｇ／Ｌ低浓度下对灵芝菌丝生长无抑制作用或略有促进作用；达科宁在０．４６９ ｇ／Ｌ时对灵芝菌丝生长的抑制作用也很小，抑制率仅为２．１１％ 。因此，可杀得、大生Ｍ－４５、达科宁均可作为灵芝栽培的杀菌剂。

The effects of five fungicides on the hypha growth of Ganoderma lucidum were studied. The results showed that the inhibition of different kinds and treatment concentrations of fungicides on the hypha growth of Ganoderma lucidum had significant differences.It was proved that the Bavistin and Rovral had the strongest effect.The hypha couldn't germinate or grew sparsely, growth potential became weak and the colour was water retting. Kocide had the least effect with an average inhibitory rate of 9.78%. The Dithane at concentration of 0.500～0.667 g/L had no inhibition or had a little promotion and 0.469 g/L Dacotech also had very little inhibition with an inhibitory rate of 2.11%.Therefore, Kocide,Dithane and Dacotech could be used in Ganoderma lucidum cultivation.
