清气多寡对大鼠食水代谢的影响 被引量:3

Influence of amount of qing-qi on metabolism of food and water in rats

摘要 目的为研究"肺与大肠表里关系"的生物学基础,从改变呼吸而影响消化、代谢的角度,初步揭示"肺与大肠表里关系"的部分内涵。方法从肺肠解剖学和组织学,观察肺所呼吸清气的多寡如何影响大鼠饮食、水谷精微与糟粕的代谢过程与变化。结果高氧对饮水量和排尿量的影响明显,表现为初始饮水量和排尿量的明显增多。低氧对体重、进食量、饮水量、排尿量等均影响明显,多表现为抑制。第5天开始,高氧组和低氧组的肺和大肠均出现明显的解剖学和组织学损伤。结论清气的多寡,除直接影响肺的呼吸功能之外,对大鼠的活动、食水代谢、血液运行、肺肠组织等都有明显影响;由此初步证明肺与大肠有一定的表里关系。 Objective To announce initially the connotation of lung and large intestine being interiorexteriorly related from the aspect of respiratory changes influencing digestion and metabolism for studing the biological basis of lung and large intestine being interior-exteriorly related. Methods How the amount of qing-qi inhaled by lung influencing the metabolism and changes of diet, food essence and dreg was observed based on anatomy and histology of lung and intestine in rats. Results Hyperoxia had an obvious influence on water-intake and urine output manifesting as the increase of initial water-intake and urine output. Hypoxia had an obvious influence on body weight, food-intake, water-intake and urine output manifesting as inhibition. From the 5th day, anatomy and histological lesions began to appear in the lung and large intestine in both hyperoxia group and hypoxia group. Conclusion The amount of qing-qi can influence on, besides the respiration, the motion, metabolism of food and water, blood flow and tissue of the lung and intestine. It has proofed initially that there is a relationship between the lung and large intestine.
