The Communicative Structure of Public Sphere:Perspective of Habermas' Political Philosopy

哈贝马斯是把政治公共领域当作一种交往结构来赋予其内涵的,形成公共意志的公共领域通过私人联系的市民社会而根植于生活世界这一最广泛的交往土壤中。政治公共领域不但能够为政治系统提供解决政治相关问题的公共语言,而且能够敏锐的发现问题、辨认问题,更为重要的是,它能够放大问题、突出矛盾以便引起中心政治系统的注意,最终把问题推进到正式的民主程序之中。

Habermas understands the public spheres in the structure of communicative contexts. The public sphere forming Public wills roots itself in the life-world by way of civil society. Political public sphere could either provide the language solving political prob- lems for political systems, or find and identify the problems. More importantly, the public sphere could amplify the problems and attract the center political systems＇ attention and finally put the problems into the formal democratic procedures.
