本文提出一种系统的方法来改造CC-DOS首尾码扫描表,该方法也可以扩展到改造CC-DOS的整个扫描表(包括拼音码码表),既简单又有效。

This paper offer a way to reform the head-tail code's scan table in the CC-DOS through a system method.It can be also extended to reform CC-DOS scan table entirely, including pingying scan table.It's simple and effective.
