中小学《体育与健康》教材中体操内容特征研究

摘要 为进一步规范中小学《体育与健康》系列教材,运用案例研究、文献资料等研究方法,通过纵横向对比教材中体操内容分布情况,发现该套教材中体操内容有较严重的简单重复现象且安排不平衡、各年级教材之间存在明显跳跃性、七至九册教材中明显错误较多。建议将体操内容游戏化、健身化,系统地编写体操内容,以适应中小学生身心发展的需要。 In order to make the textbooks Physical Education and Health conform to the standard,based on case study and literature review,this paper makes a comparison about the arrangements of gymnastic contents in the books from the lateral and longitudinal aspects.It is found that there exists much repetition,unbalanced arrangements,a big skip between the books and many basic mistakes from book seven to book nine.It is suggested that the gymnastic contents should be systematically arranged in the form of game and with the aim of being healthy in order to meet the health demands of primary and middle school students′development physically and mentally.
