通过对当前学校体育的时代发展和体育经费保障需求变化的审视,认为经费保障仍然是制约学校体育发展的重要因素.研究致力探索学校体育经费保障的依据和配备策略,梳理出与学校体育发展相适应的、较为系统的、科学的经费保障机制的理论框架,为构建学校体育经费保障多元化投融资模式,更合理地开发和利用经费资源,完善学校体育经费的保障机制,提出切实可行的经费保障措施和政策建议.

By survey on current school sports development and changing of need for sports funds, concluded that funds guarantee continues to be important factor restricting development of school physical education. Research is committed to explore the basis and equipment strategy for the funding of school physical education, picking out more systematic and scientific theoretical framework of funds guarantee mechanisms that suited to development of school physical education. Proposed practical measure and policy proposal for funds guarantee to construct diversifi- cation investment and financing modes for school sports funds guarantee, with more rational development and utili- zation of financial resources, and to improve funds guarantee mechanism of school physical education.
